Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial inspection and assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Hidden damage discovered during work

• Additional work requested by the customer
• Changes in project scope

We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically:

Warranties

Cancellation Policy

We will take appropriate precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property features that may be unavoidably affected during normal roofing operations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages or delays caused by weather, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Insurance and Permits

SwiftBuild Florence-Graham Roofing maintains appropriate insurance coverage. We will obtain necessary permits for work when required by local regulations. Permit costs may be included in your estimate or billed separately.
